Sending you good vibes!!! My first 2 fresh transfers didn’t work, but my 1st FET did (PGS normal). I think it’s a bit of a crap shoot. Fingers crossed for your next one.

I did 6 IUIs and then 6 IVF transfers before giving up and adopting. It was an easy decision for us because neither myself nor DH cared much about our children sharing our genetics.
Not trying to be discouraging but realistic since IVF doesn't work for everyone. My doctors thought that I would be an easy case.

Here are my stats:
First IVF: 3 blasts, one PGS normal, transfer successful (DS)
Second IVF: 3 blasts, did not test. First transfer (fresh) of one blast failed. Second transfer of two remaining blasts (low graded) resulted in current pregnancy, 16 weeks along now with a healthy baby boy.
Based on what I've seen on these boards, IRL and elsewhere, I am very, very fortunate (I'm also AMA so I had that working against me).

It took 3 FETs of PGS tested embryos. 1st transfer was an 8w miscarriage, 2nd didn’t take, 3rd is now 2 years old and we are trying for #2 with our remaining frozen embryos.

It took one FET for my first and two for my second. And now considering testing our remaining embryos before we do another transfer. Good luck!

3 fet to get child 1.
1 fet, pgs tested, for child 2. With 2, we were lucky and had learned a lot from the Multi-year process to get child 1.

First PGS normal was a miscarriage. Second worked.

First FET failed but second was successful. I had only two PGS normal embryos and had just turned 41.

Here’s mine. None were PGS tested, but I was in my 20s when they were created and cause of infertility was ectopic/no other tube)
1st IVF:
Fresh: live birth
FET 1: miscarriage
FET 2: (frozen embryos 2 and 3, one damaged in thaw but transferred anyway): BFN
FET 3: BFN
2nd IVF:
Fresh: chemical
FET 1: live birth
FET 2: BFN
FET 3: miscarriage (not due to embryo issue)
FET 4: BFN
(4 more embryos to go)

3 PGS tested embryos. First transfer worked. Last two transfers in an effort to have a second child failed.

Just curious. I had my first failed FET with a PGS tested embryo. How many did you do till you got your baby? Trying to find hope here!
