I’m just going to make hamburgers today but this is so inspiring!! Maybe tomorrow I’ll try making pita bread and we can have that with some Greek style chicken, now that we have yogurt and cucumbers.

I am making this dish today.
Except I cooked the meat yesterday and refrigerated it. I am a bit leery about using uncooked meat in the stuffing now. I am using ground chicken (since that is all I have) and ground up all the spices. I'll put some shredded cheese on top at the last few minutes of broiling because my kid loves cheese. Serving it with raita spiced with some pre-made mint chutney.
