Maybe someone will wise up and realize that there is not a need to travel to MA or SC for a league game when you have elite teams next door. Does it make any sense for FCV to travel to NY when Mclean, Arlington, Bethesda, MUFC, etc. are within 50 miles. I sure hope this situation forces people to get serious.

My kids club is on the list and we have been offered credit for next year (assuming no spring season), or refunds if we leave the club.

I agree. Hard for me to believe people might not have been invited. it is clearly open and diverse. I notice Pipeline and BRYC are not in the group but I doubt they were excluded.

It's interesting to see which DMV clubs chose or were asked to join and which did not: https://dmvunited.org/member-clubs
Does anyone know the back-story to this organization? Is this just a bunch of local clubs trying to cover themselves during the pandemic? I can't figure out the angle.
Our club is on the list but haven't heard anything about it. Our Club has had a very regimented program for the past 3 weeks using a specific ap and workout schedule. I'm not sure what more they could add from this initiative as we are already struggling to keep up with the ap and program given everything else going on.
