Some families even buy the nanny’s groceries when they do once a week shopping.
This is what we do (drive nanny and include her groceries in our delivery orders)

I have to go back to work next week ( I am lucky and can work remotely as can my husband) and I think I need to hire help but am terrified to have someone in the house. Are people still having babysitters/ nannies come over? Not sure how we are supposed to do a 3 month old, 3 year old and 2 full time jobs without help? Help?

Working moms ARE full time moms. With better outcomes for kids to boot!
