Sukhi’s is mediocre at best. We joke that it should be called Dukhi’s. Stick to Trader Joe’s.

Try Bombay delhi simmer sauces. Very mild. You have to add yogurt or coconut milk or water since it’s concentrated. Then add protein of your choice and/or veg.

Trader Joe's Indian is horrible. Agree with Sukhi's if you must.

Naan at Costco is authentic and a lot more cost-effective than your local grocery. The Basmati rice is authentic. The Paneer is the real thing. All the above being the pre-cooked stuff. Sukhi’s stuff is good enough but you can do better by following YouTube recipes and whipping up some good stuff (you need the spices)

They have these amazing kulfi popsicles that are maybe not strictly Indian but Indian-like. My Indian friend introduced me to them The chai flavor is phenomenal.

My half Indian kids hated Sukhi’s but love Trader Joe’s Indian meals.

Definitely not authentic but kids seem to really like Sukhis, I think because so many of the dishes are very sweet.
I kind of like it, too, but "dilute" it with other foods so it's not so sweet. Like add extra spinach/kale to the veg dishes or plain garbanzo beans added to bean or meat dishes.

It's more expensive and not anywhere near as good as what I can fix myself from scratch, but still faster and cheaper than take-out.

Trader Joe’s is good. The Indian stores have excellent frozen food and a much bigger variety.

Trader Joe's Indian meals are great (my husband is Indian and says no other store has decent frozen Indian food other than Trader Joe's)

There is a good cooked Madras lentils in pouches, don't remember the name but I have used it in the past. It is just not cost effective for a family..

I am not a big fan of their premade rotis but it will do in a pinch.
I buy their paneer cheese, Noga Dahi is pretty good. I use this dahi if I do not set my own.

There are samosas and stuff in frozen section too. I found most of entrees not what we are used to eating but others obviously like it.

There’s rice, dahl, and ghee available depending on the location.
