Maryland wouldn’t let me file until my child was born since my then-H was the father. I think you can file if you are pregnant by someone else.

You can start the proceedings at any time, but the child will arrive before the divorce is final. The two things have nothing to do with each other.

I think it’s more about how long you’re separated.
