OP here, in some regards i am lucky she is 4 mo because she can't move around yet. I couldn't imagine dealing with that right now. I have two other kids, but Paw Patrol and tablets work for them. I might have to try starting at 5am because the days i start at 630 seem more productive. My husband is military and unfortunately is working longer days since this thing started.

Like the PP above said, I find it easier to go out for a walk with my 10 month old who will happily sit in the stroller and look around in order to do conference calls. At home he is all over the place and basically only naps for 2.5-3 hours per day, so it’s not possible to get any work done if he is awake otherwise. We just go to quiet areas where there are not other people around.

DH and I are both on conference calls all day with a 9 month old and it’s excruciating. DS doesn’t sit still more than 5 minutes but I am able to get him in the stroller and do a walk here on there while listening to a call. Between that, making all his meals, and finding time to spend with him we are exhausted. We are trying to work in shifts and maybe you and your DH can coordinate something like that?

I get up at 5 am to do a little work before my family is up. DH stays up late to do his work. Just do your best.

I have 4 kids and for my youngest i splurged on the snoo. It was the best baby item I ever purchased. Instead of multiple cat naps, my baby took legit long naps in it. I think you can rent one now? Would definitely be worth it

I think you have to just do the best you can. Can your husband do a 2 hour block when he gets home or before he leaves? You can cram a lot of productivity into a block like that ime.

I went back to work for all of 2 days before Coronovirus hit. My productivity is pretty much zero outside of meetings. I know there are other parents in a similar situation. Anything working for you? Right now, I am working during naps and working on PowerPoints during the weekend when husband is home. I was considering different products to extend nap time.
