Mine also went only every few days but the bicycle move above helped. Also pear juice worked better than apple juice. No need to dilute

Prune works best. Mix it with Apple for flavor.

Is he exclusively breast fed? My daughter didn’t poop for 20 days, even had a barium swallow to rule out obstructions. Was simply using everything she ate. Still holds the pediatric practice record! If he isn’t in pain and his abdomen is soft, I wouldn’t worry too much. Call the ped nurse for further advice.

Apple juice never worked for my LO.

We tried pear juice and prune juice, with mixed results. Sometimes it would work, other times not. We would include a few ounces in her milk bottles.

Culturelle daily probiotic with fiber worked the best, but I would check with your Pediatrician first.

My LO is 5 months old. He hasn't had a bowel movement in 3 days but he keeps farting. Can I give him some apple juice? Do I water it down? Do I boil the water if I do have to water it down? Bottled water?

Thank you!!
