Sneezing is not a symptom of COVID. You're fine. Just make sure they stay away from others because you don't want the sneezes to spread germs. Try an over the counter allergy medicine.

TBH, this is how I feel every day around 3:30pm with both kids home while DH and I are attempting moderately productive workdays.

If you stay 6ft away from other people there is no problem. The point of the 6ft is in case someone sneezes or coughs. Even if you kids have covid19, they won’t give it to anyone outside of 6ft. And don’t touch anything like a park bench.

Give them Zyrtec and see if they magically get better in an hour. If they do, then you know.

I just posted similar about DH not feeling great wondering if the rest of us can go out. I’m glad I’m not the only one who is unsure of the protocol!

Sneezing is not a COVID symptom.

I'm seeing these posts that say if you're showing any sort of signs of illness you need to self-quarantine or 14 days. My kids have been sneezing a bit these past few days, and this morning my littlest woke up with a bit of a runny nose. In the normal world, I'd assume allergies and send them to school (normal energy levels, no fevers). Am I really supposed to not let them outside at all? I guess I'll call the ped in the morning, but it seems like if we're just walking around or hiking, and we stay 6 feet away from people at all times, then what's the risk?
