My children's first words reflect who they are:

DS said "Mama". Even now as a teen, he places great faith in me and we have a very trusting relationship.

DD said "NO!". Typical of her independent (I mean defiant) spirit.

LOL. Kids don’t mince words.

My 5YO said he was going to change his shirt before dinner. I said it’s OK to come as you are, and he said “but you guys don’t look good! I want to look GOOD!”

Ha ha, I was just thinking that after the restaurants and travel industry, makeup and hair products will be hardest hit!

Of course, I do have video calls, so I make myself pretty on top and have pajama pants and unshaven legs below
