OP here. I actually had a 24” waist when I was 19 and now at 57, still 24”.. Give and take a few inches, mostly give.

My thigh is 22 inches

I think between the anxiety and lower calories at least I was excited about this. No gyms open so using self control and smaller portions. Gonna try virtual classes tomorrow. Best cardio/strength training with great music suggestions?!?
