My husband works part time at a grocery store and before you let your teen quit just remember at one point you thought they were adult enough to have a job. People have been quitting, but it only makes the already overworked grocery store employees jobs harder...if you like having that essential service available to you to keep shopping or stocking up on tp or whatever you all keep flocking to the grocery store for...just remember people have to work in order for you to be able to do that.

DD works at a restaurant and they are still open for drive-thru/pick-up — YES she is still working!

New poster. Thanks to him for keeping on working. The stores are swamped right now and it must be a stressful time to work in a grocery store and I hope he knows he's appreciated.

I'm not letting my kid work - it's scooping ice cream and not essential for him or the store.

My 18 year old sister is still working at dunkin. It’s drive thru only and they are wearing gloves.

Curious how many parents are letting their kids work right now.
