A monkey bar will allow for longer use (hard to think about with little ones, but at 10-11 they won't be swinging but would be scooting across those monkey bars).

Subject: Recommend your outdoor play set
Getting one for my 1-3 year old that will hopefully last several years. Don’t expect the 1 year old to use much on it yet. It’ll be on a large roof top deck in Chicago. What brand or play set do you recommend? We have space for a good size one but not totally massive
