Under normal conditions, the streets can get packed, but I think this year you can find times to wander through. You can park on aisle street and walk around.
It's a very rich neighborhood, and remember it is a neighborhood! So just be respectful of the people who live there. I would not be surprised if there were more police there than usual.

I also wanted to try to go out early and beat the crowds. In and out in 30 minutes hopefully.
