Miscarriage due to embryo only having an X chromosome. No issues getting pregnant and carrying to term after that (35).

Nope, but we had two miscarriages in a row and terrible results with IVF after that. One miscarriage is not unusual at all, and even two does not decrease your odds of success too substantially.

I can't be sure that my m/c was a result of chromosomal abnormalities, but given my age (39), it almost certainly was. I had my son at 40 using IVF + PGS, and am 13w pregnant again now after an FET at 41. But you definitely don't *have* to do IVF + PGS to have a healthy baby. My close friend had her daughter at 36, and then had two miscarriages at 37-38 before getting pregnant with her second daughter at 38. For me personally, I was too risk averse to keep trying naturally and wasting time (even though it was entirely possible I would have gotten pregnant again) so I went straight to IVF + PGS.
