6.5 yr old is suddenly having a hard time. It was fun for the first few days but yesterday was weepy all day.

Same. Sending you thoughts of good health and peace.

My 16 year old is stressed. I thought at first, she'd be like Yea no school-but that is not the case AT ALL. She's nervous and uncertain about how it will go (we are on spring break and online school starts next week we think).

My 5yo is ok but has lost her activities and therapies (she has ASD) and has had a couple meltdowns, which she usually doesn't.

DD8 is mostly fine, but is extra clingy. She wants all of my attention, especially when I’m on conference calls.

My 7 year old said the same thing today. He nailed it, too.

My 1st grader is also fairly stressed. She’s doing better now that she knows we are all staying close to home, but I’m am getting a lot more snuggles than usual.

Uh, the kids notice when they are at home instead of at school, and when we aren't going anywhere, anywhere at all.

+1 Just ignore this troll.

OP here. I was looking to commiserate with others. I didn't ask for help or advice, if that's what you think you were giving. Move along...

Mine was just having a growth spurt.
Enormous tantrum yesterday.
Slept like the dead until 10am this morning.
When he woke up he'd grown visibly.

He's 14.

Dude, we’re all more emotional. This sucks. Even the best case scenarios suck. My one job as a mom is to keep my kids safe.

Mine are pretty young. They've caught on that something is going on and things are different. We've talked with them some but only what's appropriate for their ages. I think it is having an emotional impact on them already. They've been more quick to tears these past two days. Are others already experiencing this too? They probably feel the stress we're feeling. Kids are so perceptive!
