Right? There's the same thread posted about Northam. Weird.

FWIW, I'm not mad at either because I think both are trying to do the best they can with the limited information available, as they try to consider how to best balance public health and economic livelihood considerations. God knows I wouldn't want to be in their shoes right now.

Hey, VA, you've got people who have died from this. Focus on your own issues.

Here's MD's webpage about it:
https://coronavirus.maryland.gov/

I think it's clear and fact-based. Good job by MD gov't on this one.

I did not vote for him but I have been pleased with his leadership and response during this time.

Northam, on the other hand...wow. Still hasn’t shut down restaurants?! Even though local officials want it? Buffoonery.

I’m very happy with Hogan’s actions so far. Not sure what the hell you’re rambling about, OP.

Hogan is doing a great job. I’m seeing people post he should run for President.

Hogan is doing a great job.

Signed a committed liberal democrat who wishes Hogan ran against Trump in the Republican primary.

Agree. Not a Hogan fan generally, but he's doing a good job. The fact that we haven't been able to test is not on him.

Logic not your strong suit, eh? You do realize people getting diagnosed now doesn't mean the spread is happening right this minute... it's entirely possible people were exposed to the virus weeks ago.

Let me guess. Trump supporter who thought this was a "Dem hoax" until last week.

You are crazy. Virginia still has open restaurants! You have zero clue the actual rate, everyone is failing at testing because Trump wouldn't let tests be made when they should be.

As of now, even though Virginia has more diagnosed cases of COVID-19 (67 vs. 60), Maryland has a 25% higher infection rate than Virginia because its population is so much smaller. For all Hogan's talk, it doesn't seem like he's doing a particularly good job managing the spread.
