As already stated...depends on the age group and who is running the team/age group.

They have some decent times and quality players. Some of which rank pretty well in the standings, so it really depends on the age group you are talking about. They are thin in the older age groups, which has led to some playing up, but the younger age groups don't seem to have that problem. One of their 04s was called up for the U16 YNT.
