GDS took a few kids entering 4th graders off the waitlist last year.

GDS waitlists for Lower grades definitely does not move that much. Nonetheless, you should email the school to let them know about your strong interest, and hope for the best. You never know....

What grade? Prob more likely for upper grades and supper applicants get in to multiple good schools.

If we are waitlisted for GDS and it was by far our top choice, is there anything we should be doing right now? Don't want to annoy the admissions folks, but also want them to know that we would 100% accept an offer off the waitlist and love the school. We also did not ask any of our friends who are current GDS families to reach out to admissions for us, figuring that too might get annoying for the admissions staff, but maybe now is the time for that?

I also get that nothing is going to move until after the March deadline for accepting offers. I'm just curious if there is anything we can or should be doing in the interim.
