It’s very case by case. Shares often get a little more total but the nanny must also deal with the logistics of two client families

A share will always be more (for the nanny).

There is no going-rate. Like most other professions, compensation is based on education, experience, and special skills. A nanny with a college degree and teaching experience is obviously going to be more than the former maid nanny.
