Is he married? If so I def say stand down! If something is mutually therejust quit prior to starting any thing.

At my company .... exec got involved with his subordinate, altho they were both at high levels. He went to HR and They moved him to head up another org within the company. The 2 had already started dating but not really public, it a few of us suspected it. That was 3 years ago. They are now engaged.

I like the idea that he's king. Let's go with that.

I *love* dating/hooking up with bosses. The fact that it’s forbidden makes it so much more enticing. I say go for it.
