That guy was tested New Jersey. And CPAC was held at National Harbor in Maryland, I believe.

It’s two separate cases though.

The CPAC one is in New Jersey and the event was held in MD.

This is someone who is in DC and guessing from the post of the person who traveled through South Korea and still couldn’t get tested it’s probably going to be someone travel related.

It's positive. It just means the test then has to go from the local GW or wherever lab to the CDC lab for confirmation but given that they're using CDC tests -- there's next to no chance that the CDC says it's negative.
