Hoot Owl Hoot (or Outfoxed or any of the cooperative games)
Sleeping Queens (my 4yo loves it, she just doesn't do equations)
competitive games aren't as popular in my house, especially the ones where you might get sent back toward the start (Chutes & Ladders, Candyland, Trouble, etc.)

Bingo (we played with Froot Loop tokens which made it a favorite)
Matching Games
Sleeping Queens (if they know basic addition)
Checkers/Chinese Checkers - Connect Four is similar in strategy, but much better quicker game
Animal Rummy
Old Maid/Go Fish
Slap Jack

Don't Wake Daddy
