I’m with the big deal crowd. I don’t get why this is bad. You say it like you started to have the afternoon smoke with the maintenance people on the loading dock. Now I’ve done that and it’s hard to quit.

Started drinking diet coke in my pregnancy.... I crave it now and never did before.

Big Gulp Coke Zero from 7-eleven is the best!

If you want to get away from the chemicals but still have bubbles and caffeine there are zero calorie caffeinated seltzers - Hiball is a brand that’s around and Safeway has ones called Cascade.

Yeah, who cares?

I drink one every day, too, and I’m consistently losing weight and toning.

Flavored soda water instead. I think La Croix even makes a cola flavor now. The non sweetened kind.

I have one each day to get me past the 2:00 hurdle. I started buying the mini cans to minimize the amount, but I just really enjoy it.
