I'm like this too, I need 4 pillows at night! It sucks, lots of melatonin and just knowing I won't sleep well

Body pillows and weighted blankets are expensive. Amazon might be a friend, but parting with one's money for a blanket used for three days isn't particularly chummy!

Learn to sleep without your accessories so you aren't in this position when you travel?

The options are either to bring them along or learn to deal without them.

there might be extra pillows you can use there in place of your body pillow.

Are you flying? When I go on a driving trip I often bring my pillow from home. Just be sure to put it in a non-white pillow case to help remind you to bring it home.

I really don't sleep well without my "accessories." Ideas?
