Well the good thing is that under NYS law
You cannot disinherit a spouse. So she will get an elective amount. I watched the CBS SM segment with her this morning and found her very sympathetic.

But she put all of her modeling earnings into the marriage.
Plus she's 50 years old and a former model who has no other way to make money.
She retired in the 90s at the height of her career to have kids with him (bad move) and well...now she's out on the curb. I hope she at least got the house...but it doesn't sound like it.
