My daughter used to have a best friend in elementary school whose parents would routinely do this. Absolutely no regard for pickup time. I was caught between a rock and a hard place because my daughter begged me not to say anything to them and she loved her friend, so wanted to continue doing sleepovers/playdates with her. So we had several years of having to put up with that $hit until they finally went to different schools and grew apart.

Some people have zero regard for other people's time.

OP here. We have had the children since 2 PM the day before so I don’t think 9 to 10 in the morning is too early. Honestly I fully expected someone to get there between 1015 and 1030 after 11 was a little ridiculous.

Kinda rude but 9 is early for pickup after a sleepover. Even 10, to me, is baseline earliest.

What?? I am super low key about this kind of thing but no, an hour and fifteen minutes is in fact very late, at least around here. So what if they want a relaxing morning? We all do but that doesn’t mean we can intrude on others lives.

Really an hour and 15 minutes isn't that late picking up. I have had kids whose parents pick them up after 12 or 1 after a sleepover even if I say pick up around 10. I think they are so glad to finally sleep in or have a relaxing morning.

I suppose you've texted and called? The parents likely completely forgot or didn't even read that there was a pick-up window. It's careless of them, but you need to call.

Thirteen year old had sleepover last night. I said pickup was between 9-10. Here it is after 11 and still waiting for last child to get picked up. Son has basketball at 1230...
Just venting... annoying that parents don’t pick up kids on time.
