Get some therapy. Seriously. Just because your husband steps up and co-parents doesn’t mean there’s a “dads’ movement” or somehow mothers are being stripped of their rights.

On a personal level, don’t be so thin skinned. Kids go through phases about which parent they like best but I completely understand why your DC prefers dad.

Maybe some examples would help? Because it sounds like he’s trying to do his share and is making an effort to do things the way you’d prefer, which is pretty awesome; and that your kid is going through a phase where they prefer one parent over the other, which is totally normal.

So far, nothing seems to suggest an extreme like “moms have no rights these days.” It’s hard to see why you’d feel such a strong sense of having been wronged, when it sounds like you have a very committed co-parent.

Apparently they have the right to complain no matter what their DW does or doesn't due.

Many young children prefer their mothers but some, including both of mine, prefer their dad. That's good, the more love the better.

I feel like the dad’s movement has gotten so strong and dads have so much of the parenting they can assume, mom’s are getting pushed to the side. Maybe this is just my marriage but I feel Dad is so much more important to my kids than I am. What can I do to
