Leave it to the experts in this field. Do not increase/add medications without speaking to your physician first!!!!

OP here. Thanks. I actually love my clinic, and I've already upgraded to this one after being at one of the local clinics (I go out of state now). They're great at what they do in that I have gotten pregnant 4 times with them, I just lost 3 of them so I'm trying to thing of what I could to to increase my odds of a successful pregnancy.

After sending them a long email with my thoughts, my RE did agree to let me supplement -- however because I did a natural cycle FET they don't have protocols for this sort of thing, so my nurse asked how much I want to take. So now I'm going down the research rabbit hole...

Perhaps you should find a new clinic/doctor if you're not confident in their expertise before you start self medicating.

A lot of women who have had multiple losses with IVF eventually figure out how to adjust things on their own. You would get no shade from me, especially on the P4. You could ask for a blood draw to see where your levels are at and then decide.

Um.. no way. What clinic are you with? Why not express your concerns with your doctor?

I have an FET today. I do natural cycle FETs and for those my clinic just prescribes Endometrin suppositories 2x/day starting the day after FET but I’m thinking of introducing some Estrace and maybe a little more progesterone as well... but not telling them. Is that totally crazy? My E2 is always low in my opinion (typically around 150 in the first few weeks) but they don’t require that it be very high. However I’m on RPL/reproductive immunology Facebook groups where others have doctors who require significantly higher levels of E2/P4 so... I’m wondering if I should go a little rogue. Tell me if that sounds nuts or what.

For some background, I have now had 5 losses, a couple confirmed due to chromosomes, 2 that tested normal, and 1 that was a chemical.
