If they aren't moldy, you can eat them. But check for mold--this has happened to me with those packets before.

It’s usually a “won’t taste as good” vs. Food safety. I also think dates for canned and sealed goos are arbitrary. Eat, and feel better!

I am sick. I found applesauce snackpacks in the fridge. They expired. Eat by November 2019. But ... can I eat them? I’m on antibiotics, throat hurts, stomach a little fragile, everything tastes bad and I think I could choke down applesauce.
