Absolutely. There is going to be the major realization that you don't need to live in NYC anymore and it's unsafe with how dense & crowded it is. Corporate America can basically work from home and still function. I think it'll be good in the long run since it'll get people out of these areas that are too congested

This is what I think too. A lot of people are going to be very unprepared when schools close down for 2-3 weeks.
