Audi are for people who to be low-key about having a luxury car. They are very popular with the conservative crowd.

The inside is pretty nice, I'll give them that. The outside is just a bit on the bland side. They took the jelly bean look too far. They need some more interesting contours than a set of gentle curves.

The people I know who drive them are all very status conscious.

Not flashy at all.

I have an '18 Q5 Prestige and love the tech -- HUD, ACC, lane-keep assist. Got a Q7 loaner, and loved it as well, though it was noticeably bigger and more difficult to navigate on narrow DC streets, eg, I was more likely to pull over and wait rather than push ahead next to an oncoming car.

Caveat: the lane-keep assist on our '18 CRV is actually *better* than '18 Q5 at locking in and staying steady. The Audi feels a bit like it's bouncy off of two opposing guardrails. But the UI is totally superior.

Perhaps '20 Q7 LKA is improved.

Not exactly it tows and it tows well. For some of us who do not want a truck it’s a good substitute. Yes it’s pricey and not a good financial decision unless one can afford one more than easily.

I have one - and no, it is not a car that excites me. It is practical and nice to drive.
Have not had it in snow so no idea how the Quattro does in bad weather.

Mercedes and BMW are flashy. Audi has always been understated compared to them.
