I want to say they answer until noon. I feel like that is right. Or you leave a message and they call you back by noon. It is something like that. I remember my day 1 was a Saturday my first cycle and I was panicked about timing and was able to talk to someone (at least back in 2017)

Do you know if the SG facilities that are open on Saturdays actually and we their phones? I don’t know where my head has been but I’m supposed to go back on Monday and I completely forgot to make the appointment. It’s only for a blood draw so I’m hoping it won’t be a terrible inconvenience to squeeze me in.
