I had a successful cycle from with sperm from TESE. It has been a while, so I can’t remember if they were all classified as immotile. We did two cycles with what was retrieved - the second was successful, so there sperm had been frozen for a month or so.

We did a tese for high dna fragmentation and only got immotile sperm. Has anyone had success with this? Would you use it?
