These plus turning from the wrong lane (e.g., a right turn at an intersection from the left lane, cutting across a lane of traffic), driving while sleep-deprived enough to be equivalent to DUI, and agree with all of this:
People who speed, particularly on neighborhood streets.
People who ignore pedestrians at marked crosswalks. [duplicate!]
I would also revoke people's pedestrian rights for starting to cross streets when the blinking red hand light is already up and cars are waiting to turn. They are actively causing road rage and making it more unsafe for other pedestrians.
