You could do eggs and bacon with salad - 2 large eggs (180 cal), 2 slices of turkey bacon (70 cal)
I do frittata a lot, and load it with spinach, broccoli and peppers. Even if I eat half (which I don’t) that’s only 3 eggs worth of calories (270). You could lighten even further by using egg whites.
Pork loin is pretty caloriewise (250 cal). I pair with braised cabbage.
