I worry that it's too short for bending over a kid sized wheelchair, and that it looks too much like the MOH whose dress is also solid nay and knee length.
But I really like it. I might order it and try moving around in it. I can always return it.

Or how do you feel about wearing navy dress pants (or a navy suit) with a dressy top? That's what my cousin's wife wore when she was kid-wrangling to her sister-in-law's (black tie optional) wedding.
