Don't undervalue the benefits of walking to school or an otherwise easy commute, or going to school with your neighbors. Especially if you are considering other schools were you might be more likely to take your kid out before the graduation grade.
Isn’t Langley considerably worse than Langdon?

Yes, TR is considerably better. No, no school is worth doing the commute that you're talking about to TR for PK3 (dealing with NY and FL Aves coming from the north is nightmarish).
