NP, and they're totally different workouts. OTF is more cardio, with a separate (and IMO not very effective) strength component. Solidcore is pretty much all strength, with a strong emphasis on core work. OTF probably burns more calories depending on how hard you push yourself. I love solidcore so much, but treat it solely for strength, i.e., I also do separate cardio workouts because I like them.
As for pilates vs. solidcore, OP, I think it depends mostly on your preference. You know what solidcore is like. Almost any pilates class is going to be a more chill atmosphere. If you like the solidcore environment you can almost certainly modify most leg moves to prevent re-injuring yourself. I'm mid-40s and hope to continue it for as long as possible!
