I don't know why anyone would not want to answer the questions about this. It does make me think, though, of the thread about Eastern MS, where the inspection report apparently bears no resemblance to the actual physical condition of the school.

I get it. I understand why the principal sent the note, given potential rumors and liability issues, but the note was internally inconsistent. Subject said 'serious incident' and yet the kid only saw the school nurse for treatment. I think there wasn't much there, but principal didn't want to be accused of downplaying it.

? Why would a notice go out for a student being seen just by the school health tech? Is it policy to send out a letter every time a student goes to see the health tech? What made this incident different such that the Principal needed to send this note out?

I heard that one kid ran into the tile wall accidentally and knocked loose a tile, which fell and hit another kid. My DS was surprised there was a note home because it did It seem like a big deal to him.
