Honestly that is nonsense. I know I haven’t taken drugs. And I would they would need take drugs once they were picked as a donor

I'm so sorry. We are in the middle of the donor process as well -- it's been trying. Our first donor was all pre-screen and got the first stim appointment and just didn't want to do it anymore. It took time to find another donor we liked and put us back all together about 3 months. Hang in there. Thinking of you. I know how tough it is.

I’m so sorry. This is just awful and I would be beside myself. I am doing a frozen DE cycle and I do wonder how honest people are with their answers to questions about their history. I’m sure this wasn’t her first time...so yeah probably dodged a bullet. Stay strong and don’t let the clinic back you down from a full refund.

Your ex donor seems to struggle with impulse control. You are better off getting your eggs elsewhere. I get it you are in a hurry but this was a blessing in disguise.

OP here I told them I need a full refund. I am not even paying for her tickets. I could understand if she did it as a mistake but she knew what she was doing and she still went forward with it. I told the clinic they need to do the right thing.

What the hell was she doing?! It's a big money loss for her also so that's kind of crazy.

I will hope that a year from now you're cradling a baby and being thankful that perhaps you dodged a bullet with this one. But I know right now it just sucks.

I am so frustrated. I am 45 years old and this is our last chance at having a baby. We just found out our donor took marijuana and some other drug and now she has been disqualified from the clinic. We did an extensive research and paid tons of money to the agency for her. Now we have to start from a scratch and try to recover our money. She is a known donor so she knew what she was doing. I am so devastated and upset. This will put us back a few months and I am not getting any younger.
