McLean Youth. Very well run youth track club.

DD did winter conditioning and ran track and cross country with Springfield/South County Youth Club last school year. It was a good program, small and not super intense but the coaches were dedicated and good with the kids. If running were her primary sport though, I'd go with FPYC as others said above.

Both of my kids have done McLean Youth Track and Field and enjoyed it.

FPYC is definitely better than Chantilly track and more competitive than Vienna. Check them out.

Potomac River Running has a kids running club.

The only one i know of is the Fairfax police youth club.

My kids are in DC but we see the FPYC kids at meets. It's the only youth running club I've encountered in the DMV.

Can someone recommend a good track club, or cross country club, for a 9-10 year old? We are in northern VA.
