Golden Boot is good for both winter and summer and should have something close by - either in Fairfax or McLean. You should plan to try out this spring with area clubs if interested in travel. You obviously have a number of options. PAC is a good developmental option based in Falls Church. My son started practicing with teams there before he was willing or able to play U9 (when he was either 6 or 7). You may want to check that option out if your son is really good. Plenty of other clubs within a manageable distance.

Arlington soccer association has some good camps, but they're not full-time. We haven't done them for that reason, but you might be able to make the schedule work.

My daughter took a Momentum3 sports camp last summer and she really enjoyed it. I think they have some soccer camps. Check their website.

Marymount University may have some camps - we've attended the one for girls but I think they have programs for boys too. That's in North Arlington on Glebe Rd.
