Yes, if I were a geriatric overweight man who eats a horrible diet and never exercises and never reads or trains my brain to think and had a long history of limited sleeping and getting up early to tweet on the toilet, I might slur a word or two as well, even if I'd just come from a 16 day vacation hanging out at my resort eating lots of beautiful chocolate cake.

NP. Maybe we would. But Trump’s spent the last two weeks golfing in Florida and had only been back in DC for 48 hours. His national security team left before 11 last night and it was announced that he would not speak to the country. She should be plenty rested. Or, he isn’t up to the job.
