OP I get your vent but as always-such nasty, uptight comments! It's Christmas and there's extra chaos in the house. Hopefully the pieces will show up but glad your kid had some fun.

Well, now you know your son is not gentle with things. In the future I'd get him fewer things, and things that are hardier. Like a basketball.

He's 6, a bunch (over 10), we have a playroom and shelves in his bedroom but we haven't been strict about putting the toys he just got for Christmas away because they are so new.

He's 6, a bunch (over 10), we have a playroom and shelves in his bedroom but we haven't been strict about putting the toys he just got for Christmas away because they are so new.

Santa just brought these toys less than a week ago and they are either destroyed or taken apart with pieces missing!
