I don’t think it’s working mom guilt. It’s just remembering it goes by quickly.
Op, I had a similar moment a few weeks ago. I was out at dinner with my toddler (it was just me and him) and we were talking about his day and dinner, typical toddler stuff. The table across from us was four high school seniors talking about where they were going to college, what they were worried about, how they were going to decide what school to go to. And it hit me, that will be him in a few years, before I know it, he will be talking about college and deciding where to go. I had some tears.
