NP: my DD played Zingo successfully with friends just before they all turned 4. It’s a favorite and I’ve recently bought it for gifts for her other friends.

I would recommend one of those big Melissa & Doug wooden bead kits. My DD loved it when she received it as a gift at 3.5. She loves painting but I don’t always have time to supervise real paint. Kwik Stix are awesome for this!

+1. Stickers or a new craft (especially one that isn't super complicated) can always be used up and enjoyed.

I like the small Tegu sets. Good for travel, okay if duplicate, small (so parents don't get annoyed).

Maybe order one of those craft/creativity sets with a bunch of different little crafts and art supplies in it like suncatchers, etc. Get a theme like Frozen or something if you want. There are some that are for ages 3+. They can always use it on a rainy day for entertainment, or have a friend over to do a craft.
