Target has a line of Frozen-themed clothing and my 5yo niece was thoroughly entranced. There was a jacket covered in pale blue sequins if you want to go the coat route.

Yeah. By December 25th the kid already has a winter coat so another one is redundant. And if you get a size up, there’s a good chance they’re completely over Frozen next year and don’t want to wear it.

Pajamas and socks are a great idea. Even if they already other Frozen pajamas, it’s something they will get lots of use out of. Frozen shirts and dresses are also great.

I would not have an issue with any clothing gift - especially if its for something the kids have already expressed a lot of love for (Frozen II being a great example). The pajamas are a great idea (both kids run upstairs to get into jammies when they get home) and what about instead of a coat, some winter accessories (Hat, Scarf and Gloves) with the frozen brand?

I would not give a coat. Any frozen themed clothing is fine including pajamas.

I think most kids already have winter coats for the season by Christmas. Pajamas are great and my kids live socks too. Hats, mittens and any other accessories (headbands, necklaces, bracelets) are wonderful.

It’s totally fine and normal. I’d say pjs, hats/mittens and socks actually traditional, classic gifts.

My kids love pjs and get more use out of them than anything else. Socks are also a favorite.

A relatives children are really big into Frozen II and she’s requested Frozen II themed gifts. I wanted to avoid getting duplicates of the common toys such as the singing dolls and the like that the rest of the family will go for. Approximately every other year there’s a duplicate gift at our gift exchange.

Is gifting a coat or pajamas strange? I do not want to make it seem as if she’s not properly dressing her kids or give off any other strange misinterpretation. I just wanted to go for a useful gift.
