1. New given name
2. Birth name
3. My last name
4. Last name

What did you do for your other kids? Is it any different for this kid?

Anonymous wrote:It's annoying. In the Navy they mashed together my 2nd and third name, and then I was forced to list that as an alias on all government forms and when I became a fed. We decided when we had children that they wouldn't have 1 first, 1 middle and 1 last name.
