You can drive from here to NYC on only interstates, and you'll pay tolls at least 4 times on your drive.

No. Also, 3-digit interstate numbers indicate a local branch of a main interstate (like 495 being local and 95 being a main interstate).

There are multiple interstates in Hawaii.

I-90 is a toll road in many states.

No. It has to meet Interstate standards.

There are dozens of Interstate highways that are in only one state.

AASHTO and VDOT have agree to allow the facility to be called I-366, upgrading it from its current designation as VA-267
